Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders placed with Restaurant GONG.

2. Products and availability

Dishes and drinks are offered subject to availability and may change depending on service, fresh ingredients and seasonality.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the website or in store are in euros and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Dine-in and bookings

Table bookings are subject to confirmation by the restaurant. In case of delay or special requests, customers are invited to contact the restaurant directly.

5. Takeaway and partner delivery

Takeaway orders are prepared for collection at the restaurant. Delivery orders placed through Deliveroo or Uber Eats are governed by the availability, fees and operational rules shown on the selected partner platform at checkout.

6. Allergens and dietary information

Customers must report any allergy or dietary restriction before ordering. Despite our care, traces of allergens may be present in the kitchen environment.

7. Payment

Payment is due when the order is validated, according to the payment method offered in store or on the relevant partner platform.

8. Cancellation and withdrawal

For prepared meals intended for immediate consumption, takeaway or delivery, the legal 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once preparation has started or where the order concerns perishable goods, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
